More heavy trucks mean dangerous traffic conditions

Heavy construction trucks are a severe traffic hazard on busy streets and main thoroughfares. News stories over the past year show a problem across the nation. It has already happened here: On September 2, a cement truck overturned on Sunset Boulevard. Here are similar reports from 2015 around the country:
